This page explains ownership of your lyrics, the license you receive for generated songs, and what you can and cannot do with them based on your plan.
1. Ownership of Your Lyrics
You retain full ownership of all lyrics you write or submit to UltroLyric. We do not claim any copyright or ownership rights to your original lyric content.
2. License for Generated Songs
When you generate a song, UltroLyric grants you a license to the resulting audio file. The scope of that license depends on your plan at the time of generation.
Personal, non-commercial use only. You may not monetize, sell, or use Free-tier songs in commercial projects.
Commercial use rights included. You may use the generated songs in commercial and non-commercial projects.
3. What You Can Do with Paid-Plan Songs
- Upload and monetize songs on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, and other platforms.
- Use songs in commercial videos, ads, podcasts, and social media content.
- Include songs in products, apps, or client deliverables.
- License the songs to third parties or clients.
- Distribute and sell the songs you create.
4. What You Cannot Do
- Claim that UltroLyric or its AI owns your lyrics.
- Use Free-tier songs for any commercial purpose.
- Resell or redistribute access to the UltroLyric service itself.
- Use generated songs in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
5. Attribution
Attribution to UltroLyric is not required for paid-plan songs. You may credit UltroLyric if you wish, but it is optional.
6. Downloads and Formats
Songs downloaded as MP3 or WAV are yours to keep under the license of the plan you used when generating them. Rights do not change if you later downgrade or cancel your plan.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the lyrics you submit do not infringe the copyright or rights of others.
- Comply with the rules of any platform where you upload or monetize songs.
- Do not submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
UltroLyric does not review lyrics for copyright clearance. You are solely responsible for the content you provide.
8. Platform and Distribution Notes
While paid plans include commercial rights, some platforms (e.g., Content ID systems, streaming services) may have their own rules. You are responsible for complying with those platform policies when uploading or monetizing songs.
9. Changes to Rights
The rights described here apply to songs generated under the plan active at the time of generation. We may update this page in the future; changes will not retroactively reduce rights already granted.
